We are currently seeking top-class talent for a position of Online Marketing Manager. In this position,
you will be owning the inbound lead generation activities for our company.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Online marketing plan execution: Organize,
develop, execute, track, and analyze metrics
to improve lead generation results online.ions

 

Implement and execute a global PPC
strategy across multiple advertising
platforms to meet specific lead generation
target numbers on budget in multiple
geographies worldwide.

Reporting: Responsible for detailed
reporting and analysis of all online
marketing initiatives which you oversee.

 

Manage outsourced service providers for
web site development, design and SEO.

REQUIREMENTS

A love for data-driven inbound marketing
with a focus on new customer acquisition

 

Minimum 2 years of online marketing
experience

 

Proven track record of effectively managing
large advertising budgets generating highvolume
of quality leads via PPC. (B2B
experience – an advantage)

 

Hands-on experience with Google
AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads,
Twitter Ads, Google Analytics is a must.

 

Ability to optimize all aspects of a PPC
campaign: keyword research, bid
management, ad copy writing, landing
pages, conversion funnel.

 

Understanding of Conversion Rate
Optimization techniques & testing
methodologies.

Self-motivated, organized, disciplined and
able to work on your own.

 

Creative, ROI driven, out of the box thinker,
strong attention to details.

 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving
skills and ability to clearly communicate
technical information

 

Excellent English – (mother tongue – an
advantage)

 

Familiarity with marketing automation
systems (e.g. Hubspot / Pardot / Marketo)
and Salesforce.com – an advantage
